the rayon fringe experiment

Saturday: Got the rayon fringe into the dye: cobalt blue! turquoise! red! I want some deep Egyptian colors here!

Sunday: I rinse out the fringe: cobalt blue is somewhat cobalt, but turquoise is now pale and fluourescent and red turned into baby pink. Good thing I can order the right colors of fringe... I won't be doing THAT again. Apparently it is not 100% rayon.
